Technical Support and Troubleshooting | Full-Time On-Site Role in Los Angeles.
We're looking for a new team member who can use their technical and customer service skills to set up and test smartwatches, cellphones, GPS tracking equipment, and Mobile Application Setup.
Individuals with excellent problem-solving skills, experience in or knowledge of one or more of the following is preferred:
IT
Technical Support
Cellular Mobile Device Troubleshooting or having worked in a T-Mobile or AT&T store is required
Required:
Skilled in Microsoft Office applications, including Office 365
Strong ability to multitask and prioritize
Strong phone communication skills
Excellent problem-solving skills
Comfortable following written equipment instructions
Mobile Devices experience
Strong organization
Proficient reporting skills
Other duties as needed
